Product Representation & Colours

At MiRooh, we strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, screen resolutions, mobile device displays, and lighting conditions.

Accordingly, MiRooh cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your device will exactly match the colour of the product received. Variations in colour shall not be considered a defect or grounds for return or exchange. Customers may request fabric samples, where available, prior to placing an order.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mahamayaglobal.com.

Your email should include:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange may be approved only under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered does not match the item ordered.
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
  • The product exhibits abnormal fading within 60 days of receipt under normal usage conditions.
  • The product is received in a damaged condition attributable to manufacturing or quality defects.

For international orders, all shipping charges associated with approved exchanges shall be borne by the customer.

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. 
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving exchange authorization from MiRooh Customer Service.

Our quality control team will inspect and verify the claim. The determination made by MiRooh regarding product defects, damage, or eligibility for exchange shall be final and binding.

Delivery & Shipping Disclaimer

MiRooh shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient.
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier service.
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

Any additional shipping costs arising from such situations may be charged to the customer.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to carefully inspect the package and verify the products against the invoice before accepting delivery.

If the package appears tampered with, damaged, or incomplete, customers should immediately record an appropriate remark with the delivery personnel at the time of receipt and notify MiRooh Customer Service.

Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, designs, product descriptions, trademarks, and other materials, is the exclusive property of MiRooh and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from MiRooh.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiRooh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, products purchased through this website.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website, purchases made through it, or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
