Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

In the rare instance, should you not be satisfied with your purchase, we at MiRooh are here to help you.

We accept order cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at [info@mirooh.in/+91 9871833333] with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Exceptions:

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless there is a defect or error on our part.

As part of business practice, MiRooh reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if the order has not been approved/ processed by MiRooh.

• In case of a manufacturing defect, we will take the responsibility.
• If by mistake a wrong product is shipped to you after confirmation from MiRooh we shall send the desired product to you free of charge. 
• In case the product is not as per the specifications mentioned on the website, we shall refund your order.
• In case of exchange or refund shipping charges shall not be refunded.
• Once your return is approved for return or refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• If your order is shipped/dispatched we are afraid we will not be able to cancel the order.
• Refunds will get processed and credited to your account within 7-10 business days.

In case of any kind of defect etc please email the pictures of the product to info@mirooh.in within 24 hours. Our concerned team will get back to you within 48 hours and take things forward.
