Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

MiRooh reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion before processing and, in such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase and order details must be provided.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the event that you receive:

  • A product with a manufacturing defect;
  • An incorrect product different from the one ordered;
  • or A product that materially differs from the specifications displayed on our website,

Your request should include:

  • Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy

Our quality assurance team will review the claim and respond within 48 hours.

Exchanges

Where an exchange is approved:

  • Products shipped incorrectly by MiRooh will be replaced free of charge.
  • Approved exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • The replacement product will be dispatched after verification and approval of the claim.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, MiRooh will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds are typically credited within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges paid on international orders

Non-Returnable Items
