Order Processing & Delivery

The delivery timeline for your order begins from the date of Order Confirmation.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once processed, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Within India: 7–10 business days
  • International Orders: 12–15 business days

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. In the event of any unforeseen delay in processing or delivery, our team will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Charges

Orders Within India

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹15,000.
  • For orders below ₹15,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹350 will be applicable for deliveries across India.
  • The above shipping policy does not apply to oversized, fragile, custom-made, or special-order products, including but not limited to life-size paintings, large artworks, mirrors, furniture, installations, and other bulky items. Shipping and handling charges for such products shall be charged at actuals and may vary depending on the product dimensions, weight, packaging requirements, and delivery location.
  • Any applicable shipping charges for such products will be communicated to the customer before order processing and dispatch

International Orders

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated based on actual courier costs and may vary depending on the destination country, shipment size, weight, and packaging requirements.

Taxes & Duties

Within India

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

International Orders

Customs duties, import duties, taxes, and other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be paid directly to the shipping partner at the time of delivery. The applicable amount varies according to the regulations of the destination country.

Order Tracking

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number 
  • A tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders delivered within India. A COD handling surcharge of 2% of the total order value will be applicable to all COD orders.
